Delivery within Slovenia and Croatia

Within Slovenia and Croatia, DPD delivers at a flat rate of €4.50. Packages arrive within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

International delivery

To all other countries, DHL delivers at a flat rate of €25. The shipping cost is shown at checkout. For larger orders or special requests, write to us at ionex@ionex.si.

Payment

• Card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe
• Cash on delivery

Order status

We send a confirmation by email immediately after payment, and a tracking code as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
