Withdrawal from contract

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Notify us by email at ionex@ionex.si or by phone at +386 40 19 13 13 or +386 1 439 69 80.

Return procedure

1. Send your withdrawal notice to ionex@ionex.si.
2. Return the device in its original packaging, in flawless condition and with all accessories.
3. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned shipment to your bank account.
4. Return shipping costs are paid by the consumer, unless we delivered the wrong or a damaged device.

Warranty

The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty on flawless operation. In case of a fault, contact us with a description and a photo if possible. Warranty repairs are carried out in Ljubljana.

Lack of conformity of the goods

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 78 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that exists at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.
